Only problem was that the only place that was suitable for seating for our group of seven with two children was right next to another group with even more children. So it was louder than it needed to be. There's no privacy, like with booths, it's all just one big open space.

Around 11 or 12 while we were seated near the front waiting for our food, we noticed an employee with blonde hair wearing extremely revealing shorts that seemed inappropriate for a restaurant and made us feel uncomfortable. We also noticed other guests looking around and appearing just as surprised by the situation. It's unfortunate because the food itself was excellent and fresh and we would have loved to return. However, the overall experience and lack of professionalism during our visit left us disappointed, and because of what we saw we do not plan on coming back.

Had a catering order this morning. Food was packaged perfectly and ready to go, right on time. Staff is super friendly. One fella carried my bags to my car! The food was a hit at our company meeting. Thanks, UC

Always a great time when I eat at Urban Cookhouse. Only suggestion: For those who order on DoorDash, could y’all please gave a way to close your packaging to ensure there’s been no tampering with the food?

10/10 every single time. Urban Cookhouse has easily become my go-to spot, especially because I live within walking distance. The convenience alone is amazing — I can call my order in while leaving work or walking over, and it’s always hot, fresh, and ready when I get there.

I’ve eaten here at least 15 times since living in the area, and I honestly have never had a bad meal. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with care every time. The customer service is also top tier. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always creates a great atmosphere.

The location at Bridge Street is perfect, the prices are affordable, and the quality of food is outstanding. You can really tell they care about their customers and the experience they provide.

One of the best restaurants at Bridge Street without a doubt. I highly recommend everything on the menu. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Delicious food and quick service. Sangria was just ok but the steak, rice and salad was wonderful.

I got the buffalo chicken wrap. They had little to no buffalo sauce on them and just tasted like a chicken quesadilla. The service was good and the roasted veggies were good, just the wraps were largely flavorless.

While ordering my food, the man taking the order was rude and condescending when I asked basic questions about sides and costs. His tone and gestures to me were as if he was chastising a child. I was looking forward to my meal. I told him we were going to eat somewhere else. I’ll check back in a few months. We enjoyed a meal elsewhere.
