When in Huntsville, eat at Viet Cuisine. Best pho I've ever had, and I've had a lot of pho. Big enough to share, but I come hungry enough to take it on. Sate pho with a Thai Tea boba. My trips to Huntsville are incomplete without it.

The service is great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was very hungry and in the mood for curry, so a little bummed that the curry wasn’t with coconut milk. I got the fried veggies and tofu instead. It was a little too oily and salty for my taste. Nice hints of ginger sporadically. They are very accommodating on leaving out veggies you don’t like. 5 Stars: Fantastic. Since leaving PDX, my spouse and I have searched HSV for our new go-to Vietnamese spot. Of the joints we’ve tried, this is our favorite. There’s something charming about what looks like a fast food building being renovated into a quaint Vietnamese restaurant, and I’m here for it. The staff are always friendly, and the vibes are always chill. Oh, and the food rocks, too, as expected.
