“Absolutely phenomenal food. Service was kind, quick, and pleasant. Atmosphere is lovely. I enjoy the way the restaurant is decorated, and you can sit inside or outside.
THE FOOD THOUGH. The Urban Bahn Mi, as well as their traditional roasted pork Bahn Mi are DELICIOUS. The bread is perfection. Excellent balance of flavors, and wonderfully fresh ingredients. One of the best meals I’ve had in the area.“

“I really enjoyed the pho (meatball/brisket/tripe) and spring rolls from Viet Huong. The broth was savory and seasoned well. The spring rolls were delicious with the peanut sauce. The only note I would add is making the spring rolls more uniform in size and composition. I’ve never had spring rolls with Thai Basil before but it was good! I was immediately greeted and promptly seated in a booth. The restaurant was inviting, friendly, and busy for dinner time. I’m from out of town but will definitely be returning on my next trip to Huntsville, Alabama!“

“From day 1, I have never been disappointed. Readily attend me. Polite, clean and flavourable meals. They were closed 2 Mondays ago. Well, I went to another Pho restaurant. I was so, so disappointed. The broth was blah. All they had for greens was coriander/cilantro. The tendons were hard and not tender. I had to order extra broth. What was I thinking. Thank You Pho-Mous for being the hottest, best in North Alabama.“
