The shake (or Frosty) machine always works. Some times the employees are great, sometimes they aren't so great, and there's no reason to not smile at customers. Food was fresh, and the lady was very nice. However, customers have reported issues with the handling of drinks, where they were not clearly informed about the type of drink they received. Additionally, a customer who works across the street has expressed concerns about the rude and unprofessional behavior of a young employee working the drive-thru, particularly during the late-night hours. Despite the food being good, the employee's poor attitude has negatively impacted the overall customer experience for this individual and their coworkers.
