Drive thru for breakfast shouldn’t take 25 minutes
They forgot part of my order when I called about it the manager was rude and refused to give me her name. I went back 2 days later to get my daughter chicken nuggets and the employees thought it would be funny to give me ghost pepper sauce instead of bbq sauce which is what I asked for. when I went in to get the sauce exchanged all the employees stood there and waited for the manager to come before giving me the correct sauce.........Terrible service, childish employees.........Management...read full review
Every time I go here my order is wrong, if I order spicy chicken sandwiches I get regular chicken sandwiches, if I order bacon egg & cheese sandwiches I get the sausage instead, if I actually get what I ordered something that's supposed to be on it isn't, if I order fries or wedges their not ever on my receipt & I usually don't receive them, then when I have to return, sit in line yet again wasting my time & fuel I'm asked anywhere from 2 to 5 times what was wrong with my order....read full review

Wendy's is a popular restaurant that offers a good dining experience, with a 98 Health rating score, indicating its commitment to quality. The Baconator is dope, and the fries are on point. The shake (or Frosty) machine always works. Some times the employees are great, sometimes they aren't so great, and there's no reason to not smile at customers. Food was fresh, and the lady was very nice. However, customers have reported issues with the handling of drinks, where they were not clearly informed about the type of drink they received. Additionally, a customer who works across the street has expressed concerns about the rude and unprofessional behavior of a young employee working the drive-thru, particularly during the late-night hours. Despite the food being good, the employee's poor attitude has negatively impacted the overall customer experience for this individual and their coworkers.
