Came by at 11:30 Saturday to fill growlers for the weekend and you were closed in spite of your door sign saying you open at 11:00. We don't all check the internet for updates when we try to do what we've done before. :(“

“I’ve always had great experiences at this restaurant, with delicious food and top-notch service. However, today was a little different. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my meal as much as I usually do, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The waitress and manager were incredibly kind, checking in with me to ensure everything was okay. When I mentioned my disappointment, they went above and beyond, offering to take the dish off my tab and even suggested sending me home with something else to make up for it. It’s rare to see such attentive and caring service, and it’s a big reason why I’ll continue coming back. Truly amazing customer service!“
