I have to give major props to this Zaxby’s location. I’m usually not big on fast food unless it really stands out, and this one definitely did. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our food came out to the table in under 3 minutes — hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The flavor was spot-on and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. Hands down the best location I’ve visited, and we’ll definitely be coming back! I love the Lemon pepper flavor they added in the menu recently!!

The French fries were lumpy. Crinkle cut fries are terrible if they are not cooked crisp and hot. Surely Zaxby’s knows this! Stop cutting the frying time short and deliver to us crispy fries. The fingers were warmed over, not fresh. Not very appetizing. The bread was cold. Cole slaw was fine. This was my meal. How much would you pay for that? I added 1 extra sauce for a total of 2, and it cost me $12.12. Really? Twelve dollars for this?! Shame on you!

I usually order from here, and it’s usually good/dine, but my order today was a bit pitiful. Ordered wings and things, which includes three chicken tenders. The sizes of the tenders were tiny and smaller than the sauces. Usually they aren’t this small. Needs some quality control

Mallory is by far one of the most talented managers I’ve ever seen at any restaurant. She keeps Zaxby’s running smoothly, treats her team with respect, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. Her leadership, work ethic, and positive attitude set the standard, and you can tell she truly cares. Mallory deserves serious recognition from and honestly, a raise because she goes above and beyond every single day.

The young lady at the counter today was very polite! I came around 7~ and she was very quick to welcome me and take my order. Much better service than the one on University! Had my food in less than 15 minutes and she brought it right to me with all the sauces, napkins, silverware I had asked for.

An hour before closing and the fryers and grill are turned off? Never going back here again and I highly recommend going anywhere else but here. The service is the slowest they should get rid of the drive through and are always making you park and wait. Go to Jeffersons across the street the wings are much better
