I’ve been here 3x in the past week visiting from out of town. Every drink was perfect and every employee was amazing they even remembered my name! I am not used to the drinks being consistent in naples florida and there is no customer service where I’m from. I wish every Starbucks was like this. The staff went so far out of there way to anticipate anything I would ask for before I asked. Will miss!
This is the best Starbucks that exists 100% because of the employees that work here. This location hit the jackpot on finding kind, enthusiastic, wonderful people and every time I visit, which is honestly a lot lately, I'm impressed with the experience. 10/10
This Starbucks is the gold standard for the way all Starbucks should run. The customer service is fantastic! The drink consistency and speed to which drinks are delivered beat any Starbucks in the area. I usually drive through the Gardendale location, however, after experiencing the exceptional service if I can find a reason to go to this location I’d do it.
