Never had a bad experience at American deli! The cajun ranch fries are amazing đ and the Lemmon pepper wings are to die for!!!!! Both wet and dry .... I also love how they use big/jumbo chicken wings and not the teeny tiny wings some places use

This is truly sad. The customer service here has to best the worst customer service I have received ever. The young man who took our order gave a blank stare and even after me saying hello, never said a word. The fact the this community accepts this type of behavior is appalling. I have been to many American Deliâs, this one solidified that I will never return to an American Deli.

This was my first time and last time coming to location and it wasnât pleasant at allâŠI didnât feel welcomed, there was no greeting, the young man with the long hair , I can not state his nationality, that took my order was very nonchalant and not friendly at all , he called out my order , naming the food that I ordered which I have a ticket number and as I walked to the counter I asked him did he call #175 he then replied â we donât do that around here and I said well okâ and i asked him for my drink and he told me to walk down by the drink area and get it instead of handing it to me with my food! Which is bizarre! I wonât be going back because who wants to spend their money where people make you feel unwelcome! By the way the food was a 2/10 the same as your employees attitude ,Thanks for the experience! Hope it gets better there!

American Deli used to have the best wings on the east side of town. I ordered a 30 piece today and the wings were very small- like half the size they used to be and they were fried too hard. They should be ashamed sending out orders that way. Just lost a long time customer.

Fries could have been better... they were too soggy ... needed to cook a little longer.. but chicken was good..
My husband ordered food in store and the man didnât say thank you or anything. Next he brings the food homeâŠthe chicken is burnt or super dark, and my salad -or the lack there of, because I barely have any lettuce on it-is swimming in a liquid. The cucumbers have been soaking in their own juice for weeks and they put slices of cut up cheese singles on my salad!!! Not to mention the disturbing meat they added. This is the sorriest, sloppiest, nastiest salad I ever didnât want to see. I will would have happily told them this had they answered just one of the many times I called. They will be getting it back. TODAY and I live about 40minutes away!!!
