The service or the customer service was awful for my opinion, everything went bad to me , I just came today because I have a free reward to get5 chicken nuggets , the cashier Brittney needs more training, i told her that was free and the end of this I paid for and I talk to a supervisor I guess and she treat me as a mother when is upset so it was not a good visit this time , I was so happy and grateful for my reward but at the end was unpleasant
Average Chick-fil-A place. This one has a clean but sterile atmosphere not welcoming just OK. Food was average to below with their signature waffle fries cold and mushy and the chicken only warm. I thought about returning it to warm up but was on a limited lunch time. Front service was good as they teach the employees to fill drinks and ask if you want more ice. Not busy when I was there so I expected more attention to the customers. No one came around to ask if I wanted...
Customer service from all the employees and managers are superb. They make you feel welcome and the food is delicious. But if it is alright with you, I like to make a suggestion. I am a pescatarian and the selection that chic fil a has is very limited. Will it be any trouble if you can add a new menu?
