Order completely wrong, broken chicken, greasy chicken, no plastic forks for the potatoes we got instead of the fries we ordered. Just a horrible experience. I ordered online only to be told it’ll be 17 minutes for original. I opted for the crispy and still had to wait. All that for greasy, broken, and crispy old chicken.

They deserve no stars and should be shut down. The food is gross and the “sweet tea” was anything but sweet. They messed my whole order up. I wish I could have went up There but ordered through uber eats and couldn’t get a refund because they lied and said they gave me the correct order. This was supposed to be 2 breast and a wing with 3 biscuits. All the chicken were different colors

This has to be worst restaurant in the world they are never in stock and there is no customer service.It just shows how much the company cares about the community.This restaurant should be shut down it shows that KFC doesn't care and employees really don't care. If you are a company and take care of the customer the customer will take care of you.The employees have no idea of what customer service is nor do they care presentation is everything and this KFC does not have anything.The products the put out when they do put it is terrible the staff should be ashamed.

I have never had any sort of restaurant employee be as rude to me as the guy in the drive-thru was today. I left mid order because he was angry with me for taking my time? Not knowing the KFC menu by heart? Because he's miserable? Who knows? He was also rude to the woman in front of me who also left without ordering.. My first and last experience with that restaurant and I think if you hate your job that much and can't just be decent human beings you should find another one or you don't have to do customer service.

I ordered my food and I had to wait about 45 minutes for it, it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. And the employees are very rude. Like if they are from the ghetto.
Terrible! Ordered a chicken sandwich. After 10 min, he said they were working on it. After 5 more minutes, they said it would be 20 min more. 30 minutes for a sandwich??? I tried to get my money back but they weren't authorized to do it and had to call someone to get approval who did nothing but yell at them. When I got my credit card bill, they had charged me again instead of crediting me. The poor lady in front of me wasn't told until 15 min after she ordered that they didn't have what she wanted. Horrible service and management. They need to fire everyone and start over!

Mikiah at the front counter was amazing. I visited for an 8 piece & had the misfortune of being told I would have to wait 40 minutes. Despite everyone having to wait or be told they couldn’t take any orders, Mikiah was truly sweet and professional in the chaos of a dysfunctional shift change or whatever was going on. Whatever this young lady ends up doing, she is going to be highly successful.
