Normally good coffee and service. I do wonder what is up with looking at this protein box and deciding that it should be handed to a customer. I’m throwing this out. It’s the second week me I’ve received like this from this location. I never have this issue with Starbucks by my house in Trussville. The apples look like they’ve been cut and sitting on the counter for hours and the eggs are frozen nearly solid.

The workers here are for the people . I was on the road and they were about to close instead of the worker turning me down he was nice enough to make me coffee. He allowed me to make it home safely with just a cup of coffee.

I order a hot chocolate with flavored syrup and received a cup of steamed milk, no chocolate, barely any flavor. I would have gone back but I just let it go to waste.

Worst Starbucks ever. I literally sped to get there before closing. I had a 2 hour drive home after working all day. I pulled thru the drive thru. A guy came across the speaker, How can I help you? I said, I am so happy that I made it. He literally said, OH, yeah, it's 9, nevermind, we are closed. I said, it's 8:58. He snickered and said, yeah. Horrible customer service. It's one thing if it had been 9, it was not. He also answered and offered to take my order. Visited on 10/29 before close. Smh. Horrible customer service. I would have taken the order.

Seriously the best Starbucks in town. Employees are friendly, fast, and they make the best chai tea lattes (I add some extra pumps and they always get that right). Consistent, accurate, and kind. I happily drive out of my way to come to this one at least 3xs a week (I’m one of the Starbucks addicts).

Asked for a macchiato no caramel lady taking the order said so u don’t want vanilla or caramel I explained yes I want vanilla but no caramel still got caramel and she was rude and explained it’s not a macchiato if it don’t have caramel

Edited to add how much I adore this location! Perfectly nestled on top of the hill, always (!) clean and has THE friendliest staff of any location I've visited. Also, 2 weeks ago I bought a coffee mug and forgot it on the counter dealing with my kiddo who's autistic, and Cameron (MVP🏆) actually remembered me and my forgotten mug and I went and picked it up today! Thank you!! 😊
