Jimbo's is a really cute place to grab a quick bite. If you enjoy a quaint and nostalgic dining experience, then this is the place for you. Breakfast food is great and the waffles are really good as well. Coffee was nice and strong but I like it this way.
So far this place has 4 excellent and 4 poor reviews. I’ll give it a very good. A business associate and I ate here today after discovering LaPaz is not open for lunch. I had a grilled ham and cheese on Texas toast with fries (crinkle seasoned fries, nice) and he had a burger with chili cheese covered hash browns. Both meals were excellent.
