Tried multiple times and the food overall needs more seasoning. The fried fish and whole wings are bland and tasteless and requires lots of condiments. Need to season meat and the batter.

This little spot has great, plentiful, made to order foods. I made the mistake of ordering, what I thought was a taste of a couple of food items. Not!! It was enough food for 4 people! ? I couldn't believe the huge portions of food and everything was delicious.I don't know why they stay empty. It's probably because it's a local food restaurant and not a chain. Try it. The desserts are wonderful, too.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Some time back while out on a run I stopped in just to get a curtousy cup of water and got denied. Having finally gotten over not being granted a simple cup of water I decided to try the food. Everything is cooked fresh from what I can tell but the wings taste like someone's afraid to put salt on anything. They were just ok and they're not as big as the ones from a Chinese shop. The potato salad and FGTs were great tho.UPDATE: Went back to try pork chops and fried okra. The okra was good. The pork chops are ok but again, something with the breading/seasoning is lacking here. The menu has no shortage of selections. The small portions are huge for the price so I give them credit for that.

They close at 10 but wouldn't take my order at 9:49 and were already clocking out to leave. Terrible customer service. The one by Huffman is much better anyway. Don't waste your time or money here because it's not worth it.

What a great spot in irondale! Their portions are incredible, for $25 or less two people can eat a giant sandwich and huge portion of fries with a drink. The philly cheese steaks, fish and burgers are amazing. The drive through takes a few minutes, but it's made to order and the staff are kind and make sure you get all your napkins, sauce and everything else.I will say, I don't recommend the gyro because just lettuce and tomato toppings are disappointing when you have such good local Mediterranean and Arab food around at a similar price. There's so many great things on this menu, that's the only one that's been a bummer so far.
