I have been three times and every time they're out of something necessary to complete a milkshake. Looks like I'm in the wrong business and I need to repair shake machines and I will never lose work.

I come for the Philly, it’s good but the last time my steak was whole. I felt bad taking it to the counter, I could see it made the cashier nervous. The ladies in the back were really mean to her and all she did was take my money and serve it to me so idk why they were mad at HER for it. Needless to say, I took the sandwich back immediately so the girl at the front didn’t have to suffer. That wasn’t the first time… It’s a reoccurring thing, staff has made many comments over the last several months about it “they’re just really mean” or “she’s just having a bad day”… no excuse for that either way.

The kids LOVE the chili cheese dogs, the chili cheese fries, the cheese sticks, and burgers. My son actually asks to stop and get a burger every day. Super affordable and the portions are a great size!!!! Milkshakes are 50/50, sometimes they’re awesome, sometimes the milk is spoiled and sometimes it’s super runny.

But overall, we are repeated customers as the pros outweigh the cons. If I ever hear the back be mean to the girls up front again though, we will probably never return.

The service use to be excellent when the short black lady worked there but Tuesday was the worst experience ever, there was a Caucasian lady at the drive thru window, rude and smart mouthed with my passenger We were on lunch and had traveled from the Creighton area of Mobile to Irvington Al just to be disrespected, by a rude cashier, and the owner. That was it for me because I'll never go back there ever again and spend my money where you aren't appreciated or respected as a customer
