The service use to be excellent when the short black lady worked there but Tuesday was the worst experience ever, there was a Caucasian lady at the drive thru window, rude and smart mouthed with my passenger We were on lunch and had traveled from the Creighton area of Mobile to Irvington Al just to be disrespected, by a rude cashier, and the owner. That was it for me because I'll never go back there ever again and spend my money where you aren't appreciated or respected as a customer

The food itself is chef’s kiss. However, the lady at the drive thru is rude as hell! find better people. she was literally throw my food thru my car window then proceed to get mad when a straw drops. i tell her to slow down she gets mad and slams the window- childish. this was may 31,2025!.

First off - I really so like DJ’s !! All the food ive ever eaten is great.!! Ive came up here 3 different times
In the last week. They keep telling me there i w cream machine isnt making right. They just make so many shakes, ive cream & Banana split that they . So i am wanting to know WHAT IS UP WITH THE ICE CRRAM MACHINE DOES. DJ’s need a knew machine are is it because itolate when I go there so they don’t wanna make them or WHAT IS THE DEAL..?????????!!!!!!!!! I am just curious ????
So I went ahead and ordered 2- shakes and I thought she said they would just be really thick.!??
So then I actually seen how runny they were and I ask for my money back . She said she couldn’t.
I told her that I thought she said so thick eanyways it she said she couldn’t give me a refund . She said no I can’t. So then i ask her dor her name she said she is not allowed to yyhat. -ruide & young . So then she says the manager Rocky is here so I thwn i talked with her. Very nice and my thing is if she would have just listened to me that would have been great. But, the workers are saying they need a NEED A NEW I E CREAM MACHINE

Food is good except the hotdogs have a horrible metallic taste. The service, however, is extremely slow especially in the drive-thru. If you go here expect a near 20-25 minute wait. The atmosphere if you dine-in is nothing special, very bland, boring, and outdated, much like a clinic waiting room

They send out raw food, overcooked food and really expired food. I will never be back! This isn’t even the first time! We decided to try them again and the same thing happened! The son when my husband walked in to show him the food he said here just take your money back! Wasn’t even the point we just wanted the food corrected but he choice to not take ownership of the mistake! The bad thing about the whole situation is you have teenagers working in there? That are absolutely amazing but doesn’t need to be working in a facility like this who treats their customers the way they do when they make a mistake. These children need to be in a establishment where they are going to grow and know how to own up to their own mistakes versus covering them up.
