Rude waitress. When asked for a refill she rolled her eyes
My family loves The Lighthouse! We had the best experience this evening. My sister & I brought our kids after the DI Mardi Gras parade. Two adults with a 6 year old, two 5 year olds, a 1 year old & a 9 month old. We had a 35 minute wait, but it went by fast. We had a great server, she was so sweet. Our girls were a little loud, but the whole restaurant was loud due to it being busy, a drink got spilled but we cleaned it up. Crab claws were phenomenal !
Baked potato was lukewarm. Fried oysters had no taste. Grouper was overcooked. Jalapeño poppers weren’t bad.
Service absolutely sucked ! Had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. Tea refill was poured but no ice refilled. Waited 20 minutes for check and ask 4 times (this was on a Monday and it wasn’t busy)
Probably won’t be back

The Lighthouse Restaurant offers delicious and well-priced meals, featuring fresh seafood and excellent fried shrimp. The perfectly cooked fried shrimp, crab claws, and fried catfish are delicious. While the building is a little old and the atmosphere leaves a little to be desired, the great service and southern hospitality from very nice and helpful staff create an enjoyable dining experience. The seafood platter and very good hush puppies are particular standouts on the menu.
