Based on reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has very nice staff and friendly service, with food that is usually the same every time. The food can be delicious, with a salad with fried chicken and ranch dressing, chicken fingers dinner, and the New Shrimp and new Zaxtail sauce being excellent. However, the “bbq” wings were more like plain breaded no sauce wings, and the loaded fries now come in half the size container with half the amount but the same price. Some say the restaurant seems to be going down hill with sloppy service, while others find the chicken awesome and not dry, and highly recommend the place. Pricing is acceptable and the store is clean.
