“I have ate pizza everywhere from Chicago to Florida. When I was a kid we would have Guardi's pizza every Friday night just south of Chicago in Tinley park. I have tasted pizza at 5 star restaurants down south. But the taste of this pizza at Pie Factory, flooded my brain with memories. The cheese, sauce and crust. I mean it's nearly identical, a little more seasoning on top of the cheese would have made identical. My favorite pizza down south BY FAR.“

“I got lost on the way to pick up my order because I thought it was on the other side of town. They called in to check on me. First time going and the pizza was a good big size and i got the Golden humble pie and added black olives and mushrooms. I also got parm and red pepper flakes. Great first experience, but I forgot to take pictures before I dug into the pizza“

The place is always clean, there has been new party decor all over each time we’ve been, all the staff has been so friendly and accommodating, food is always great! Tonight was extra special though. It was my daughters 6th birthday. We didn’t have a party planned..we just went for a fun outing, although there was another party going on at the same time we were there. So Chuck E got to come out. My kids were so happy to interact with Chuck E! He danced with them, played games with them, took pictures and videos with him.. he made sure every child in that building got time with him. I truly wish they'd have kept the old restaurant with eat-ins instead of going to this, very small, inconveniently placed one. It is hard to get in and out of the parking lot. “I’d give this location 6 stars for service if I could. I messed up and ordered a pizza for pickup from the Muscle Shoals store instead of this one. The young man that worked the window was kind enough to match the price for the pizza and called the Muscle Shoals store and had them refund my order. He did not have to do any of that, but he did.

That exemplifies customer service. The pizza was great as always and loved the fact they now offer a small pizza.

“Always a cheerful greeting from the employees. Food is always hot and ready and CORRECT when I use the mobile app.

Vegetarian options: They have mushrooms, green peppers, onions, olives, etc, so it is conceivable to have a vegetarian pizza. Not possible to have a vegan pizza.

Parking: Smallish parking lot and the drive thru is not accessible from the parking lot. One must enter from Davison Ave, go past the "store" and turn left, going between 2 buildings.

Kid-friendliness: It's a take-away pizza place. There are a few seats and a game where you win a super bouncy ball. If you get a black one with the logo on it, you get a free pizza.

Other than that, no highchairs (again, this is a take-away pizza joint), no play areas, no bibs.

Wheelchair accessibility: It appears to be wheelchair accessible. My recommendation would be use the app, choose drive thru as your pick-up method to avoid having to navigate the narrow-ish sidewalk where cars regularly park too close.“
