“These workers are amazing. Always friendly. Always try their best. I went in to pick up an order I placed online late one night and they had ran out of one of the things I ordered and before I even got there, they had taken care of the refund and apologizd. They also don't Hassel or try to guilt you into tipping for carryout like many places do. In fact another location we won't use anymore, not only hassels you for a tip, but every time we didn't tip for carryout, we got sick off of the food. We experimented literally at that other location for 3 years. Yet here, we've never gotten sick off of their food weather or not we tip for carry out ( we always tip good for delivery). I can't say enough wonderful things about this location. I literally drive way out of my way just for this location. When that other one is only 4 miles from my house.“

The side salad was only $5.99 and you can pick each item on it and was fresh ingredients seemed to be chopped on site. The staff was polite and helpful with the selections and very cheerful. Nice to see people happy with their jobs and providing excellent customer service! You won't be disappointed with the pizza either very good choices and prices and the quality is perfect!“

“We have visited here 3 times within the last few months and have enjoyed it so much! The place is always clean, there has been new party decor all over each time we’ve been, all the staff has been so friendly and accommodating, food is always great! Tonight was extra special though. It was my daughters 6th birthday. We didn’t have a party planned..we just went for a fun outing, although there was another party going on at the same time we were there. So Chuck E got to come out. My kids were so happy to interact with Chuck E! He danced with them, played games with them, took pictures and videos with him.. he made sure every child in that building got time with him. I was so impressed. This place gets a 10/10 from us! We will absolutely be back!“

“I order at the muscle shoals Pizza Hut every other week. And have for over 10 years. They are so lucky to have an employee like Erica. Some days the air doesn’t work well in there and she’s always so happy and sweet and makes sure our food is perfect. Her service is top tier! She deserves all the good things Pizza Hut has to offer. “I’d give this location 6 stars for service if I could. I messed up and ordered a pizza for pickup from the Muscle Shoals store instead of this one. The young man that worked the window was kind enough to match the price for the pizza and called the Muscle Shoals store and had them refund my order. He did not have to do any of that, but he did.

That exemplifies customer service. The pizza was great as always and loved the fact they now offer a small pizza.

We will definitely re-visit this store simply because of the actions of this employee.“

“If i’m going to get a pizza after work when im dead tired and don’t wanna cook, i always choose specifically this location. the staff is always so kind at the drive through, and that’s rare in 2026. i’ve only ever once had an issue here, where the delivery guy brought me the wrong order, and they solved it immediately and to my satisfaction in like 10 minutes. in fast food people have good and bad days, slow and busy, but the management here is doing something right.“

“Went in with a few issues and complications with our order but we were greeted by Dennis the assistant manager who not only resolved the problem but also went above and beyond for us. They were very understanding very professional and very helpful. We need more people like Dennis in the world and Little Caesars is VERY lucky to have such a professional employee working for them.
