1 reason. the oreo blasts. plus, I've never had a problem with anyone who has ever served me. always polite.
the wait sometimes though. it'll say my food is being delivered and sometimes is another 20 minutes before anyone shows. and its not even that busy.
but those blasts though.
also, if you're going to put boba in drinks. you need straws big enough to get the boba through lol
