workers was Very Friendly
When we ordered the cashier lady was so rude and was not patient. She kept rushing us when we ordered, asking us if that was all (five times.) Not to mention when we got our food it was cold. And we waited like 5 minutes. I would understand if it was busy, but if we are the only ones in the dining room it shouldn’t be like that. Krystal’s has customer service that needs to be worked on. Very disappointed.
It's an old place, my first time eating there was in 1988,it was good then and still just as good now.

Krystal is a fast and yummy restaurant where customers have never had a bad experience. One standout aspect is the exceptional service from a staff member named Victoria, who made visitors feel right at home. However, there was a negative experience with another server, tarnishing an otherwise good impression.
