I waited in the drive thru for more than 35 minutes! There was only 1 other customer ahead of me. My food was hot and fresh but that wait was ridiculous.

If I could leave zero stars, I would, took 20 minutes to get to the window, with only 3 cars in front, no customers inside, took another 15 to get my food and the quality was poor when I received my food. Out of frustration and the idea that I could have to sit potentially another hour, I left without my order even being corrected ?????Parking: The parking lot hasn't been updated, and the way that the drive thru is set up sucks. Poor condition for the whole establishment, in need of update desperately

The food was good. About what one would expect from a Krystal. The atmosphere at the restaurant was ok. Might need a little updating but all-in-all it is good. Why I am reviewing is because of the employee interaction I had. My server wiped snot all over her forearm before handing my drink to me. I normally leave really good reviews, but this one will be an exception.

What's up for lunch on the trip back from Atlanta and the food is disgusting. The meat was gray and lukewarm, fries were burnt and trying to bite through the chicken in my crystal chicks was like shoe leather only to find that the chicken inside the crust was half the size of the crust. This location continuously underwhelms so I figured it was time to leave a review. The facility is dirty and in desperate need of rehab and from the presentation and quality of the food I would imagine the staff does to. Do better Krystals, this was an absolute waste of $20.

Horrible food was not for us and the store was not open on time. I think we were served crystals from the night before. chicken crystals were fresh, but the double ones were not. They seem to be reheated.

We stopped in at about 8:30 CT. At the Krystal in Lanette, alabama, to grab 5 regular burgers for my wife and 3 double cheese Krystals a fry and 2 drinks. When we get there, we where 4th in line to order. When I finally got up to place our order, we were told to hold on,10 minutes later, the lady finally took our order this time, there were about 10 cars behind us, we couldn't get out of line because of the cars in front of us and the ones behind us and a concrete curb to the side of us. As I said, we got there about 8:30, at 9:20pm we finally got to the pick up window, when we got our food all the burgers were cold and the frys were Luke warm, after all this wait time plus bad food, what we ordered came to just under $24, NEVER AGAIN will I go there and I hope none of ya'll do either, it was truly the worst Krystal I have ever been to, and I'm not even going into how nasty the lot was.

The worst and sorriest I have ever seen. They don't answer the phone. Whats the point of ordering online when you still have to wait in line with ever one else in the drive through for 45 minutes to an hour even though your food is already ready. Oh or they let you order and take you money and don't mention that they are closed that day and you drive all the way there to pick it up and no one is there. How is this place even still in business? I just don't understand it. The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
Dining room was closed. Could hear kids playing around inside the store over the drive through speaker. When we unpacked the sack of 12 Krystals at home, one had a bite taken out of it. Will not be returning to this store.
