I was in the mood for a cinnamon sugar pretzel and hadn't been the Auntie Anne's in FOREVER! So I got to the counter to order and they were completely out of pretzels! It was noon! How are you out at a peak time?!? The told me they had the pretzel bites, so I went with that instead. They were good, but when I got towards the bottom of the cup, it was just filled with the sugar mixture! Quite deceiving to have 25% of the cup filled with sugar!
I saw a roach when I was there. I alerted the employee but didnt make a big scene. I feel bad because the line was so long. He was crawling into the case but the employee knocked him down before he could get in fully.

Pretty understaffed and slow which is understandable with everything going on. Ordered a normal pretzel the guy making it seemed very confused and he drenched my pretzel in butter and it leaked through the bag. The pretzels were made so big and were a bit undercooked. The staff seemed very confused and unorganized.
