They were short-handed, they were being rude to the customers that were inside, they overcharged me for an egg and cheese biscuit and made me pay for bacon that I didn't get. My recommendation would be to go to the Moody store and not here.
Normally, everything is superb at Jack's & the service was excellent, as usual. However, today the unsweetened tasted like soapy water with chemical overtones. People, PLEASE RINSE THE TEA URNS THOROUGHLY!!! You can make someone very sick & possibly poison them. I'm sure the cleaning chemicals are very bad for you. We had to throw them away. We'd already left the restaurant & didn't have time to go back because of an appointment. This has happened twice over the past several months...read full review

Went through the drive thru had a issue with my order and wound up waiting for almost a hour for my food. That being said the manager refunded my order and made sure I had plenty of sauces and other items. I appreciate her for that.
