Jack's Family Restaurant receives consistently positive feedback for its fast service, delicious food, and outstanding customer service. Despite a long line, the food arrives super quick, is not greasy, and the order is correct. The brunch is great, featuring a chicken biscuit that is done (not slimy or cold) and a big jack that is a normal thickness burger. Fries are hot, and the Country Rib Sandwich is way better than expected, with lean, smoky-tasting meat and a delicious sauce. The employees are always calm, kind, and go above and beyond. Specific employees are noted for working hard, being amazing and helpful, and providing perfect customer service with a smile. The staff replaces entire meals if needed and ensures the drive-through line is moving. This location is described as one of the best Jack’s ever visited.
