They noticed I had my food and invited me to sit on their patio, which was warmer and way more comfortable than where I was before. They didn’t have to do that, but they went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. That’s when I met Kay, one of the waitresses, who took the time to tell me all about the drinks they offer and the idea behind the space. She was so warm and friendly, and it felt like she genuinely cared about creating a great experience.
