I feel like every time I come here, there’s an issue my order. The people are mostly nice. And this time, they did explain the issue. We both ordered large iced coffee/chai drinks. Because they were out of cold cups, they gave them to us in the large coffee cups, filled to the brim with ice. Anyone who knows coffee knows the cold cups hold more, because of the ice.
