Ate here for the first time today, we are down here for work and asked who has the best bbq and we were pointed to Scruggs, absolutely did not disappoint, whenever I visit Alabama again I’m making a Scruggs visit!!
Sorry I didn’t get a picture of our food, but I was simply not willing to stop eating long enough to take a picture! Hands down the best BBQ sandwich I’ve had in years. This was a 2 handed baby that will satisfy any appetite! SCRUGGS BBQ will be a ‘must stop’ every time I pass through Decatur, AL!
This is the best bbq place I think we've ever had, AT LEAST in Alabama. Stuffed potatoes are HUGE, you can tell the sides are all homemade (even the mac n cheese 🤌🏼), brisket was 🔥🔥🔥, and my pulled pork sandwich was delicious. I wish we had room for dessert! The portions do not disappoint. 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A+++
