Moved back home recently and this became our local Jack's. We had an order with some issues early on and they went out of their way to correct everything above and beyond the mistake that was made. I stop here regular on my way back to Pensacola. My meal didn’t meat my expectations, so I reached out to management using the online form. I was promptly contacted by the GM and given a replacement meal the next time I’m in the area.
Although it was an off day, I still love Jacks! Great customer service by the area GM!
