Burger was very under cooked. Asked for NO tomatoes...tomatoes were on it. Also left an order of fries out. We did go back in and get the missing fries. Not impressed at all with this order or Arbys.

Slow and unorganized in the drive thru. I had to go in and even then they forgot the drink and I had to go back in again.If they ask you to pull back around in their drive thru, just ask for a refund.I sure will next time.
