Wait time long. Got home all three sprites were seltzer water. The nuggets that I ordered were not in the bag. I live 10 minutes away I called numerous times to report. No answer. Frustrating.
Dale is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. We went in on 6-16-23 with 3 youngins who can be very shy when it comes to service people, she got them laughing and quite comfortable very quickly. She has great customer service and went above that and made my family feel welcome by engaging in personable conversations. She kept the dining room very clean and checked up on all the other customers, making sure they all had what they needed as well. Great person and great employee.

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that offers a range of menu items, including burgers, fries, and shakes. While the food quality can vary, some customers have found the fries to be a bit hard and drinks to taste off. The restaurant aims to meet customers' needs, even allowing a truck driver to place an order after the lobby had closed. However, the service experience can be inconsistent, with reports of long waits for food, and some customers expressing frustration over wait times, like being asked to pull forward and waiting over 10 minutes. Despite these challenges, there are customers who enjoy the food, noting that the burgers and fries can be freshly cooked and hot. Accessibility for wheelchair users is also available, with a friendly entrance and ample room for those who use wheelchairs or motorized chairs.
