It's McDonald's, so you know you are getting sub-par, fast food, but this location in particular has some rude staff at the drive-thru. I have never gotten a "thank you" or "have a nice day." In fact, they usually silently hand you your food. One girl literally just cut up with her coworker with no acknowledgement of me, the customer. Maybe you can replace them all with automation.
Came in after 10 lobby was closed but I explained I was a truck driver and wasn't able to go thru the drive thru and they was happy to take my order. I absolutely never eat McDonald's unless I have no other options so I was very thankful for the employee understanding my situation.

Wait time long. Got home all three sprites were seltzer water. The nuggets that I ordered were not in the bag. I live 10 minutes away I called numerous times to report. No answer. Frustrating.
