Bought bacon burger, was good. Chicken fingers dinner, chicken, potatoes n greenbeans were good. Biscuit tasted like it was microwave. The reason we went to jacks was to get shakes. Very disappointed. Tasted like strawberry milk. No icecream?
Normally, we have a better experience at this Jack's. However, the individual who took our order did not have the best people skills. (She's still young though, she'll get there.) But worse than that was the person on the phone almost the entire time talking extremely loud. I think she was the manager. She was not happy about something, and the entire restaurant knew it. Not a very good example to the employees under her.

We ordered the holiday meals. One was the double cheeseburger with only pickles and ketchup on it. There was so much mustard and onions of it the wrapper was soaked in mustard. Fries were stale. The struggling small town needs better options than a restaurant who provides this kind of quality and lack of care.
