Clean environment, friendly workers who fill up your bowl so you get lots to eat. Food seemed pretty fresh. All in all, solid Chipotle. Much better than the one down the street towards Huntsville!

Chipotle is my favorite place to eat out at. Most places lack seasoning like they don’t make the food with some love. But this one specifically was really really really good. The burrito was messy how it typically is either. Staff were nice friendly and worked at a good pace despite it being slow when I got there. The tables were clean when I sat down no smudging on any tables. The drink area was clean as well. Just overall solid experience at this chipotle.

Went in and ordered a burrito. The kid at the counter said that the only way to get a burrito was to order online, otherwise they were out of burritos. What sense does that make? Salsaritas it is for me

Second time I made the mistake of ordering here through the app... Paid $15 for a burrito that was the size of a coke can (see pic). What a joke! We had barely pulled out of the drive when I realized, so I went back to demand a new burrito be made this time. They agreed, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, because it seems like they'll actually do it properly when you're there in front of them.Looking at the other comments, this is obviously a rampant problem at this location - shame on me for not realizing it. Now, the owner will reply to us negative reviewers, apologizing for the inconvenience and instructing us to go to some link, but nothing changes!! Sheldon, why don't you actually address the issue instead of just blowing air in your responses? Is your 3-star rating on Google not meriting some actual action on your part? Get it together!In summary, buyer beware - never order mobile from this Chipotle. If you're further West, the one on 72 in Athens is far superior. They'll actually make you a burrito, not a rolled up taco.Edit: removed a star for yet another generic "owner" response. These owners don't care, so long as suckers like us keep buying their food...

Visited this Chipotle yesterday and had a great experience! I used the app and did the mobile take out lane option, which was quick and convenient. They also gave a good and fair portion that tasted delicious! Although I didn't visit the dining room inside, the restaurant looks very nice and sleek from the outside and seems like a great place for dine-in, as well. Lots of parking and friendly staff were huge bonuses and made the experience even better. I'll be coming back to this location in the future and would recommend it to others!

They finally got the portion sizes right. Still need to work on that brown rice, though. It's still half-cooked. It must be cooked twice as long as white rice because it is still encased in a fibrous outer layer. Once they get that right, I can rate it a 5.Vegetarian options: Meatless beans, tofu sofrita, veggie fajitas, guacamole.

I’ve ordered food here as a customer, and I’ve picked up food here as a dasher. When I ordered food, I received the wrong ingredients. As a dasher, I have always waited 20+ minutes for the order. This is a location you should avoid.

Ordering inside is fine and i haven't had an issue. However, i have ordered food for pickup multiple times and they often forget something. I'm pretty chill so i've let it go, but tonight my partner went to pick up our order and we had chips and queso. They gave us queso but we had to go back for the chips as they weren't in there. They rudely state they're out of chips and that we can call corporate. You couldn't have told us at pickup??

We ordered through the app and one of our orders was completely wrong. I had to drive 15 min one way to get it remade. The night shift manager told me she can only remake the order or refund me. She couldn't compensate me for the inconvenience (30min drive). She could have easily refunded me my money and remake the food. This wasn't the first time we ordered online and our order was wrong. Is it that hard to follow online instruction of what ingredients to add!?!?

Food was good, except that they had red and yellow grilled peppers instead of green. I'm allergic to yellow and red.. It's always been green bell peppers since I started eating at the first Chipotle in Denver near the collage . This particular store seems to serve a better prepared product than some of the other nearby locations.
