The food was good except the chicken was really salty. The first person in line to take order just stood there staring at us. I stood there staring at her waiting for her to speak. She then nods at me. After another staring contest she finally said yeah. I think I will go to the other locations and not return to this one
I don't understand why this Chipotle gets such bad reviews, let alone why it scores worse than the atrocious University Dr. location. I've been EXTREMELY happy with this Chipotle ever time I come here. The service is EXCELLENT - they're NEVER out of any ingredients (the University Dr. location is always out of something, and often out of multiple ingredients), they give you very generous portion sizes, and it's not a very busy location (Chipotle's loss is our win). So, I've been here before. And the food was delicious....last time! However, this time it was terrible. And during the lunch hour. That makes it extra bad. The buns and meat were right about cold...not even luke warm. I was so very disappointed with my visit to this Sonic today. Had I not been so hungry and already back at work. I would have taken it back. Bad job today, Sonic!
