I got breakfast they were backed up, so sad because they didn’t have enough staff to work, but I was understanding and waited patiently for my food, it was good!
Amber at the front counter was so pleasant. She kept a smile on her face and is very customer oriented. If only we all would be like her while doing our jobs the world would be a much better place. She is a definite asset to this establishment!

I ordered a chicken biscuit that was cooked in rancid old oil. I called the manager and they admitted it was due a change. I am sure it is easy to be busy and neglect the simple things but this one is critical to everyone's health that eats there. If you enjoy the customers and business please be considerate and change the oil so we cannot be served a transfat biscuit that tastes like heavily cooked rancid oil.

OK Hardee's, I'm going to be honest and I'm giving you a chance to make this right. Your food is great and your people are nice, but you give me the wrong order really often.Disclaimer, I never know until I get home but come on. I just moved here, I've been to Hardee's a total of 10 times in my life, only your location, and you've gotten the order wrong twice.The first time I let it go. It just happened again. I went through the drive-thru.I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger.When I open the sandwich it was completely dry it had like five little dried pieces of mushrooms.They were the size of my pinky nail...I truly wish I would have taken a picture of it.I had to turn around walk inside and ask for a cup of mushrooms with sauce!!!They also changed the bun.Which gave it a completely different taste.Not very satisfied for sure!!
