The pizza was undercooked, not the first time.
I am not sure how the Madison location is still in business?! Is there anyone actually running this store? Their managers and employees have the phone off the hook 24/7 to avoid customer contact. Their service is horrible and food is often inedible. Today we ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and a crazy bread. This is the worst pizza I've ever had. The location in Madison use to be ok ,now very bad. The deep dish pizza we got was all shrivelled up.., had no sauce and didnt even make it close to the sides of the box. Dont eat here. If managment/owner doesnt care enough to serve even decent pizza for an outrageous price then you really shouldnt even care to dine there.
