It never fails that you have to wait a long time to get service and food - if I can help it, I try not to go there, but to the McDonald's on Hwy 53 instead. I have never eaten inside because of the chaos outside. The manager needs to hire better help that cares.

I ordered inside food took maybe 10 15 minutes but they food was cold and felt undercooked I instantly threw up after eating it was around the afternoon

Placed an order at 10 AM for some breakfast items. We got to the second window and they said they didn’t have orange juice. They then made us park. It is now 11 AM. We went inside after being parked for about 45 minutes and they said they can’t make our food anymore because they’re serving lunch and not breakfast. Asked for a refund and they said to go through the app. There isn’t an option to get a refund through the app. So we called the corporate number and no one picked up. Left a message. Honestly it ruined our morning. We ordered a couple biscuits, a drink and a burrito. We had no idea that’d be so difficult. Will never go back.

In some locations when you pick an order up they'll see you and have you stand there for 10 minutes before asking you about your order..I usually don't complain but it's happened way to much and it's "fast" food..I worked there as a teenager and it went alot faster.
Dietary restrictions: All of it's unhealthy it's loaded with salt and saturated fats..I'm saying this as a trainer and nutritionalist..

This location should close for good! 8am on a Saturday-people in line at the drive through, no one taking orders-it’s basically closed. 2 weeks ago, I ordered cookies. I pulled ahead to wait and they forgot about me. I have also been served burgers with no meat at this location. Probably the worst McDonald’s, ever.
Worst place ever, I got the spicy McCrispy and it was just a soggy mess. The French fries were burnt and there was just the worst employees, when I tried to get some ketchup the employee had headphones in and I had to ask three times for ketchup and was rude about it. I will never be coming back EVER again! DONT COME

Worst mcdonalds in America. There's never anyone at the counter to take your order or give out orders. Employees will look you in the eyes and straight up ignore you. Have loud conversations about their personal lives and some failed inspection they just had. When they do come to the counter they're rude as all get out. I came to pick up an online order and they had given it to someone else and the lady rudely asked if I was in the right place. I had to show her on a map that I was at the right one. No apology, just "well I don't have your order nothing I can do".

My boyfriend went there for his hour break. They took 30 minutes and when asked how much longer it was ready almost immediately but half his food was missing. There’s a reason yall work at mcdonald’s 🤦♀️
