I got toPlanet Smoothie about 22 minutes ago to order one smoothie just 1 and still don't have what I ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is seriously no work ethic or sense of urgency. I would walk out except they have already taken my money this place is something you should pass up.

THE SERVICE IS INCREDIBLE! If you have not had the cookie crusher protein shake you are not really living. Katie is easily the best worker out of any retail worker of all time. You must come to planet smoothie madison or else!!

Love their Keto smoothies but today the 2 young ladies working didn’t seem to know what it was. They literally just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid until I just finally walked out. I will go elsewhere next time.

Planet Smoothie is the superior smoothie place and nobody can tell me otherwise. I used to go to the one in Birmingham on 280 all the time in high school and I was so glad to find one not far from us when we moved to Huntsville last year. Always neat and clean and the staff is friendly and efficient! Love coming on Mondays for the $5 medium smoothies!
