“The tonkotsu ramen was light, but delicious. The soy sauce ramen was average. Both have a lot of toppings and are quite filling. Also, the takoyaki had a lot of octopus in it and was very delicious. The inside of the store is very spacious, clean, and comfortable.“

“I don’t have the credibility to be talking about perfect scores, but if I did this place would get one from me. The food was fantastic. I chose to try a boba caramel milk tea (if I said any of that right) for the first time ever. I haven’t been so pleasantly surprised by balls popping in my mouth since freshman hazing week. I appreciate how it slowed down how fast I wanted to drink it. The crab rangoon here is the best place I’ve had in Huntsville. I don’t know if real crab is used, but there was a freshness that really set it off from any other place I’ve had it from here. I got a fried sushi roll I forgot the name of, and my wife got the chicken teriyaki. Both were really good.My favorite thing about this place is how the staff interacted with everyone and each other. They seem to support and back one another up, and I feel like that says a lot about the kind of place it is.Parking: Parking is easy to get to from a red light and what you’d expect from a shopping center parking lot.“

“I loved the food but the service was amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and kind, I even got complimented by two servers about my Kirby bag which made me very happy. I loved the anime merchandise everywhere as well, it made me feel like I was at home. Definitely coming back!“

“I've been here multiple times on multiple occasions. Lunch, dinner, weekdays and weekends, the food is always excellent. If you order a poke bowl, you can have it in your hands within only a minute or two. Ramen is a bit more of a wait, but absolutely worth it, though it doesn't shine as much as the poke bowls. Never had a bad experience here. Don’t be deceived by the oddly empty dining area. It's a hidden nook in amongst several big hitters, but definitely worth giving special attention to.“

“Stopped by here with a few friends after wanting to visit for a few weeks. I was greeted when I entered and requested a table for our group. They provided menus with a small picture book of some of the menu items; I've never had this experience before. Kudos to the owners for doing this.I was informed about the different broths in each type of ramen. This label for the menu would be nice. My original intention was to order the Curry Ramen, but I held off after hearing that it had beef broth and couldn’t be changed. I ending up ordering a Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. While waiting for my order, I grabbed some complimentary Peach Oolong Tea, which was very appreciated. I even grabbed some to-go!Once I received my ramen, I was a little surprised to see a hard boiled egg. Most places usually have soft-boiled, and one of the owners indicated that they intend to continue this going forward. I’m personally not a fan, but the ramen was decent. The broth wasn’t as hearty, but definitely imparted a good umami flavor. The chashu was nice and thick. We were also served some house made kimchi, which I enjoyed. It had a nice crunch but could use some spice. The owners indicated that they were still experimenting with their menu. I plan to come here again and try some of the other items.“
