Great service and amazing food! Love the atmosphere!!
So yummy!! For appetizers we recommend the spicy bamboo shoots, agedashi tofu, and the okonomiyaki. The omurice was tasted like a japanese stay at home mother made it with love and they slice it for you at the table! Also the amazing lemonade definitely lives up to its name. It felt like I had a japanese experience with the atmosphere and food of the restaurant.
My partner and I have already been several times since they recently opened and have had really great experiences every time, though admittedly she and I both always get the same ramen because it is just sooo damn good (#6 spicy tonkotsu 🤤). The chili garlic edamame is also straight up addicting, so beware.

Kyuramen is a nice place to get ramen in the Huntsville / Madison area, and this location tastes exactly the same as the locations in NYC. The food is delicious, with great portion sizes for the price. The spicy tonkotsu ramen is sooo damn good, and the chili garlic edamame is straight up addicting. Tasty ramen and takoyaki are also available. The atmosphere is amazing with lots of tables and room, and the restaurant is traditional with a cool vibe. The packaging on take-out food is next level, showing so much care. However, the ramen would have tasted better if the noodles were a little thicker, though the saltiness of the meat, broth, and noodles tied well together. Some service issues were noted, like a server who was inattentive and placed food in the wrong spot, but there is a call button on every table for assistance. The food and drinks were 10/10, and the atmosphere was great, but service can affect the overall experience. Overall, it is one of the better ramen places in the area, and many keep coming back for the spicy tonkotsu.
