Florence, Alabama needs a salsarita's.
We have Chipotle, Blue Coast Burrito and Taco Mama. If we had Salsarita's, I I would go once a week. Great customer service

Chips were stale and not salted. Meat was sitting out for too long it was cold. Queso was cold as well and clumpy. The only warm thing they had was the shrimp. Been here plenty of times before and it’s never been this bad. New management needs to do a better job.

The girl with the glasses was so sweet! She was happy and helped me with my questions since it was my first time. The food looked amazing and it was really good.

Go to Moes if you have a child under 12. The kids soft taco is only lettuce cheese and tomatos which is fine if your child is a vegetarian. When one thinks of a burrito they think of meat
Although you can add meat for an additional 3.99. Please tell me why did you change the kids meal to only veggies and cheese? Plus they are stingy with the chips and for the price you can go to the competitors 3 min down the road and get double the food with meat for the same price and a variety of salsa and kids toys. The lady behind the cabinet was very pleasant I will say

Salsarita's was one of my favorite "American Mexican" restaurants, however over the past year, the quality and freshness of the food has gone down tremendously. There have been TWO times I've gotten tortilla chips that have been cooked in obviously rancid oil (including as recent as November 2024). I truly hope management makes some changes for the better.

Your average run of the mill quick, build your own burrito or bowl Mexican. Although I'd probably call this Tex-Mex. But you build your own entree like Subway pretty fresh ingredients, service was all right kind of dry honestly. Prices could be a little bit better $19 for a burrito was interesting. But overall this stuffed burrito and it's what you expect.

I honestly feel bad about spending money on food that brought absolutely nothing to my experience. The cilantro lime rice was crunchy (which probably means old and dried out), $1.50 for soggy fajita vegetables with very little flavor and was less than 1/4 cup of serving, and steak that was unseasoned, but tasted like it was came from a can? The fountain root beer was good.

Consistently delivers poorly prepped food and usually gets it wrong. If you eat here, and I really don't recommend it, then don't get it delivered because they just throw it together without any thought for the person who is going to eat it. My taco was greesy and tossed in a to go box in a way that it would clearly not make it in a presentable form, the wrap had absorbed the grease. Inedible

I would love to be able to speak to a senior leader I had a terrible experience and an even worse phone conversation with the manager Madison!

Waited until after 11 to open the doors to go in, they all just watched us and nobody would open the door. We were getting our car worked on so had been standing outside the doors for close to 15 minutes waiting for them to open. Finally I called them at 11:05 thinking that they weren’t going to open until 11:30. The manager was rude and told me she’d be there in a minute that she was dealing with money. All around just a bad attitude. We walked next door to Chuck wagon to eat and she called me back Saying she opened the door, I guess she realized how rude she sounded

Let me also say I know people run behind but it’s 100 degrees and you see me holding 2 babies, you could of opened the door and said just give us a second please we are behind but the attitude was a no for me.

The workers are very kind BUT the rice is hard like gravel.

Wish I could review the food because I used to go a couple times a week to the location in Huntsville before they closed. Arrived tonight about two minutes after 7 only to be told they were doing take out orders only. A HOUR before closing. We asked if we could get it to go and sit in the dining room and was told no due to overhead of labor (wait, what?). Several people were still sitting in the lobby and they had already started my daughter’s food. Unfortunately we had to leave without food and go somewhere else. I feel closing a whole hour before you actually close is a bit crazy. Most places will serve you if you walk in five minutes before closing (which is also crazy but whatever).

Super disappointed to come in an hour before closing tonight at 7:00 only to be told they were doing take out only, but still had several people in the dining room. Even asked if we could get it “to go” and sit in the dining room and was told no due to labor overhead or some crap. Sure do miss the Memorial Parkway in Huntsville location!
