Wish I could review the food because I used to go a couple times a week to the location in Huntsville before they closed. Arrived tonight about two minutes after 7 only to be told they were doing take out orders only. A HOUR before closing. We asked if we could get it to go and sit in the dining room and was told no due to overhead of labor (wait, what?). Several people were still sitting in the lobby and they had already started my daughter’s food. Unfortunately we had to leave without food and go somewhere else. I feel closing a whole hour before you actually close is a bit crazy. Most places will serve you if you walk in five minutes before closing (which is also crazy but whatever).

Chicken was cold and rice was crunchy. Paid $30 for a bowl that barely had any food in it and a burrito meal. Unfortunately we will not be coming back

I haven’t eaten here in almost a year because last time there were kind of rude, unenthusiastic workers. Today it was better. I got the tacos because they were on sale. They were so good I got three more. Good job.

Abysmal service on Sat 1/6 @ 2:30p. Being polite takes 0 effort, yet it was completely absent today. First and last time customer.

We're here sitting, the food is great, the customers seem satisfied, and a request I had to restock the Coke Zero syrup was met immediately! Brilliant service, genuinely. However, the atmosphere here is saddening! The employees had nearly zero energy (the person serving the chips asked us how we're doing, mind you) and the person on the register could barely be heard. Did someone die recently in the staff? Did a manager tell them they couldn't talk? Was there no holiday motivation? Have they worked two weeks straight? No matter the reason, why does it legitimately feel like these employees are held here against their last remaining droplet of will? Can someone look into this? Can we restore some nature to these employees' lives and give them some hope that they'll make something of themselves one day?I tried asking how they were doing and saying thank you to every possible action of kindness. They didn't even have the desperation to soak that up. They're *that* demotivated. Please, Salsarita's, save your face! No matter how great the corporate is, the kitchen, marketing, business, etc, the *only* face that represents you is the counter and lobby. And here, it hurts to see.Everyone, visit this location and help these poor employees brighten their day.

I have been a frequent and I do mean frequent patron of Salsarita’s since 2018. It has been thee perfect place to eat given dietary preferences/restrictions. The seasoning is just so much better than the other equivalents in the area. HOWEVER, I have noticed an ever-steady decline in service, quality and amount of food per entree at this establishment. Within the last year, rice has been undercooked to the point where it hurts to bite into in 40-50% of our orders, toppings haven’t been as fresh as they should be and the amount of protein in each entree is not enough for the price. This is also with me consistently requesting and paying for “double meat.” As of the last several months even mediocre customer service has been miserably lacking. There seems to be a high employee turnover as of late too. I will miss dining here (sans the undercooked rice) but the service/value/quality is no longer there.

Love this place. It has a larger offering of options than a certain place that tends to cause me gastric distress, but everything is comparatively flavorful but better.

I usually go here a lot but, the crew that was in today were doing a terrible job. I asked for the two taco combo and the guy that was fixing it did not even heat up the tortilla, I had to tell him to. Then he gave a less than what would be a spoonful of meat. The meat was literally in one corner of the taco and wouldn’t even spread across the bottom of it because it wasn’t enough. When I asked could I get a little more, the girl beside him said “that’s the correct portion.” All the times I’ve been here I know for a fact that was not the correct portion. On top of that, they were all looking at me weird because I had asked him to heat up the tortilla…. Also noticed they were not making sure the food was sanitary. There was a fly just flying around, it landed in the white rice. I would not go back here if this crew I in there, they obviously don’t care to do their job right. I took my business elsewhere. However, the guy who did start to fix my food was trying to be friendly and nice, it seemed like he was new. That part I appreciated.

We love the food HOWEVER if your going to serve tea you should run over to McDonalds and get the recipe cause the tea sucks .Also you should fix your airr conditioner I thought I walked into a over Thurs night . I have no idea how your workers were handling the heat as they were all soaked with sweat. Sad.I felt bad for themThe staff are supper friendly and welcoming. They always know what I like and are quick to accommodate.Heat and Tea or may have to find another Mexican cantina to hang at.

My wife loves the Salsarita menu. Located in front of Planet Fitness in Madison. Last month we had a party or group from Ky, Nashville & Atlanta. Curt Curell helped us gather snacks to feed 12 people. The store manager added guacamole to our order and packed it nicely so 1 person could pick up the goodies. Great place for lunch, not expensive.
