Sonic Drive-In in Madison

“Stopped in for lunch and ordered the believe number 11 the 5 piece chicken strip meal with tots maybe waited about 3 to 4 mins for our food but looked in the bag and was only a 3 piece so I let the boy know and he went in and got me took care of but the chicken was old wasn't the normal I get but the young man who had braces helped me out no questions asked.“

“Ordered a large Popcorn Chicken and unfortunately, it tasted as though the grease hadn't been changed or even filtered in a month at least! Yuk!!! What a waste of $7! Completely inedible! Last straw! Won't be back here! County Line only! If this continues I guarantee this location will be closed down in at most a year!“

“I was on the way to my sons pediatrician today around 2:00pm when my son started vomiting in my car, I was right at sonic so I pulled in the parking lot and was trying to get him calmed down & cleaned up & also get his car seat cleaned up enough until I could get another one. I saw an employee walking in & I asked her for some napkins & told her my 2 year old had just gotten sick. She ran me some napkins & paper towels out to my car & asked multiple times if there was anything she could do to help & if we were okay. She was so so so sweet & helpful. I realize she did not even have to acknowledge that I asked for napkins or anything since I was just pulled in the parking lot & not in the stalls or drive thru, but she did and her kindness did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Obviously with the circumstances we did not get food, so I can’t speak on that, but the customer service & kindness of that employee was enough for me to recommend. I wish I had gotten her name, she had brown hair and was seriously so so kind. The world needs more people like her in it. Thank you again!!🤍“
