Subway in Madison

“For those that are wondering why this subway got some bad ratings, I will say most of them are more than 5 years old which has changed as there is a new manager and owner that started 4 years ago. The workers are very hard-working and I would say this is one of the best subways I have been to! 🙂“

“*** 1/10/24 Update: I stopped by this Subway after the remodel was complete, the people are still nice but be mindful that the meat and cheese section has a metal cover ovet it, so you cannot see what they are putting on your sandwich. One of the sandwiches I ordered was a turkey and the person who ate that sandwich stated that there was turkey and salami on the sandwich (not what they ordered and not something they normally eat) so they ended up getting ill. Because this location has this barrier that is not typical for a Subway I do not think I will be returning to this location.

This Subway was in the middle of a remodel when I went in. The staff was super nice, the food was fresh, and the store looks and feels clean.“

“I just wanted to express my appreciation for the hardworking staff this morning. A line of ten people arrived after me, and some of them seemed a bit demanding about adding extra ham to their sandwiches without wanting to pay extra. I truly respect the effort you put into your work. Thank you for lunch!“

“This subway is freaky fast and the workers engage with you like your family. The line was out the door and I was the last person in line. I looked down to check the time on my phone and the next thing I know I was eating my sub. They were beyond friendly and professional. I just wish the location wasn't so remote. My favorite artists are Carlos, Ced and Jordan! I don't know what their getting paid but I feel like their talents aren't being compensated enough. $⬆️“

“I order both to go and in store here pretty often! I moved further into Madison, but I still make the drive for this location because they always get my order perfect! I'm super picky about how much sauce goes on my sandwich and this location always put the perfect amount!“

“I actually took a break from going here for awhile. Not because it's a bad place, but Subway stopped having roast beef for quite some time so it ruined my favorite club sandwich. Now that they've got roast beef back I'll likely start going back again. The service is as fast and friendly as it has always been since I moved into the area four years ago and more importantly my favorite sandwich is back to normal as well.“

“Bhauna & Nick and the rest of their team is delightful!!! They are kind and friendly. They treat me with politeness and humor.I enjoy learning unique things from them For example how to pronounce Bhauna's name.They are careful to make my sandwich anyway that I ask and to get it right.I go out of my way to go to that specific one because they go out of the way to make me feel welcome and appreciated. I love the people there and the atmosphere!They are a joy!“
