Taco Bell in Madison

“i have never had a bad experience at this taco bell, i LOVE everyone there. tonight was amazing though. i was told yall are out of 6 inch soft taco shells, and i chose a replacement item. the girl at the window was so sweet and kind to me :) and then i got home, and she gave me the best surprise of all. a soft taco!!!! i am truly convinced she manifested this soft shell taco for me and me alone. you guys are the best taco bell in the whole wide world and i love u all. muah. i wouldn’t want to be a regular anywhere else🤍“

“I used the drive-thru just before midnight last night, and when I got to the ordering point, my old deaf ears couldn't make out what the young man inside was saying. After explaining that I didn't hear well, the young man said to Pull Forward, so I did. Once at the window, the young man began writing notes for me, so I didn't have to say "What?" so many times. It was just a small thing, I suppose, but it was a much appreciated kindness for me.
