“We have been to this location a few times, orders have been fast and for the most part everything was correct.
It’s fast food, it’s a lot of young workers… sometimes mistakes happen, but it is how a company corrects the issue and treats the customers that make all the difference. The girl at the drive thru(I missed her name) was very nice and polite when I ordered.
Jacob the manager took care of refunding the item, and Landon takes customer service to the next level and made sure to replace it and ask my wife if there was anything else they could do to make it right. We will return for sure!“
“The manager was willing to allow for me to place an online order which was then brought out to me even though the dining room was closed. My ride never came back after dropping my dog and I off at the vet ER so I was unable to go through drive through.“
