“Wow. It's been a long time since we've visited a fast food restaurant and went in as a family, and I am so glad to see the tables were clean, as was the front counters! Even the drink counter was clean and well organized. Our food came back fast, correct, and hot. To top it off, customer service... I haven't seen or heard anyone as helpful and kind. She was moping the floor, heard my mother-in-law and my daughter state what they wanted and after putting things away, promptly, she was able to tell us she heard we wanted A and B "and what else would [we] like?" Whoa! That's personal service and an attitude I'd love to encounter at every counter. Please model that girl!“
“Friendly, helpful staff. The food was good. My first time to eat Taco Bell in several years. I like the fact that you can watch them prepare your food. This Taco Bell was on Beltline. Only thing I don't like is you have to order at a kiosk.“
“I don't do fast food often, but for those times, I would say Taco Bell is one that I frequent more than any of those fast food burger chains. This particular Taco Bell location is not far off of Interstate 65 and is in the same shopping plaza as the Publix. I came in here for a little late night snack. I have seen in multiple locations that Taco Bell has gone to self ordering kiosks. Not a deal breaker, but definitely a sign of the times. Taco Bell has a cool enough vibe and my food came out pretty fast. No complaints at this location. I would recommend this particular Taco Bell if you are looking for a quick fast food meal.“
