Taco Bell in Madison

“Taco Bell is usually a place where if your order is wrong you just suck it up and move on because the employees are usually not very kind.
That was not my experience here. I had a huge order in the drive thru for my family. Instead of nacho fries I was given the potatoes with sour cream on them. I went inside understanding they were probably out of fries and just wanting to see if the potatoes could be made without sour cream. Every one was so pleasant and it wasn’t quite clear why I was given potato’s (I had a big order so I can understand with such a long line at dinner time that mistakes happen) but they said they would have my fries that I ordered up in a few minutes and apologized for the error.“

“Went to this taco bell for the first time yesterday. Chalupas were hard as a rock lol but it didnt really bother me. The rest of the food was great. Got everything I ordered. I actually feel like that little yellow fast food place down the road from them should take a page from these kids running this taco bell. They were FAST. And extremely friendly. Almost forgot how quick fast food is suppose to be. They all looked very young behind the counter but they all had their stuff together. I went about 1pm on Saturday. Whoever those people were working there that day, great job yall. Thank you for the food and the friendly service. You all are extremely hard workers and very appreciated. Shout out to all of em working there that day.“

“They were obviously a little understaffed and overwhelmed when I came through for my mobile order, but they were all so sweet and did their best to get me my order. Some other customers were not in the best of spirits with them and I just wanted to say I appreciated the speed and the quality! My entire order was perfect!“
