“I should have gotten the two guys names from the restaurant but I didn’t. They were fabulous! They apologized for being out of mild sauce and it was due to the truck being stuck in the ice storm we just experienced. So a couple cinnamon twists found their way into my order! It was also the same two guys working the night we were supposed to get our bad ice storm and they were so friendly having to work when everything else was shutdown around us. Hats off to the two guys! I will get their names and speak with the local manager! Very impressed by the positive attitude and energy these two guys have while at work.“
“They were obviously a little understaffed and overwhelmed when I came through for my mobile order, but they were all so sweet and did their best to get me my order. Some other customers were not in the best of spirits with them and I just wanted to say I appreciated the speed and the quality! My entire order was perfect!“
“Taco Bell is usually a place where if your order is wrong you just suck it up and move on because the employees are usually not very kind.
That was not my experience here. I had a huge order in the drive thru for my family. Instead of nacho fries I was given the potatoes with sour cream on them. I went inside understanding they were probably out of fries and just wanting to see if the potatoes could be made without sour cream. Every one was so pleasant and it wasn’t quite clear why I was given potato’s (I had a big order so I can understand with such a long line at dinner time that mistakes happen) but they said they would have my fries that I ordered up in a few minutes and apologized for the error.“
