Great selection of food!

I've been looking for a great tacos since leaving Texas, and this is the answer to my prayers. Great and truly authentic tacos. The pastor and birria are great! I am absolutely going to be a regular. I do wish the birria came with the consommé tho.

When I got my fajitas they were covered in beans and rice! And I mean covered. Not at all what I wanted or expected. Tortillas, cheese...nothing. I will not order from them again. I wasn't expecting American but slop was terrible.
Great pickled carrots though.

One of, if not, the best Mexican spots in the area. This spot used to be one of our weekly rituals when I lived closer. The green sauce is my favorite, hands down. The staff is great.

The world would be a better place if more people had access to burritos as good theirs. The tortas are fantastic. Tacos are great...

One of the best taco spots in hunstville/madsion area. The non locals swear by this place because you get what you pay for and the food is delicious everytime.
The carnival, el pastor, Carne asada, and polla asada are excellent. Their birria is also fire. If you are looking for west coast style tacos look no further.

I've lived in Los Angeles for 20 years. I think this place would do well in LA. Very authentic Mexican. The salsa will put hair on your chest.

Both the quickest & most disappointing experience I’ve had with a taco truck.

I ordered the birria tacos & chicken quesadilla.
The food came out surprisingly quick — 2 minutes after I placed my order.

I was excited for my food, as I have never had a disappointing experience with taco trucks!
I got home, opened it and could not even believe my eyes.
How was this Birria taco at all? Where’s the cheese? Where’s the soup? Alright. No doubt, these tacos are about to be whack but at least the quesadilla has to be good! Wrong.

It would have felt better to freely give my money away to bless someone than to spend my money on this. I still cannot believe how disappointing this food was. My 6 year old son loves taco trucks & had asked to pick some up for his birthday. We were right next to this one that we had never tried before. I had high hopes. You have to use the pickled vegetables on the food for it to be edible…. I hate to say it but save your money and go to Taco Bell 😭
