No seating, yet: Strong espresso, friendly staff, and fast service! While I’m not usually a fan of pumpkin spice, the extra shot of espresso really balanced it out and made a difference.
I also want to give a big shoutout to Anna for her outstanding customer service. I had ordered a strawberry refresher without realizing exactly what it included. When I came back in expecting to pay for a replacement, Anna went above and beyond to make it right—no hassle, just genuine care for the customer experience. That kind of service is what keeps people coming back. Great job, and thank you again!

Sat in line for 45 minutes, got charged for my coffee then forgot about at the window. She came up and tried to give me the order behind me and tried to charge me for that order. I was then told to pull around front and they would bring my SINGLE coffee out. After 10 minutes out front, I just left with no coffee.

I'm giving 3* because the people there are very friendly so I don't want to completely blow them up, but it is 50/50 on whether or not you're going to get what you order. I use the app all the time, so it should not be difficult. Just this morning, what I got was not what I ordered and I had an item missing on top of that. This is why I 've gone from 2-3 visits a week to 2-3 visits a year. I probably should reduce those visits even more.
