Stopped by a couple of days ago. I parked my car and tried to go inside to place a to go order. Yes, they have a drive thru but when it comes to doughnuts I want to see them and point to the ones I want because I don't recognize them by name on the menu outside (at least many of them). The door was locked. ?????The Subway next door was open and their door was not locked. So, reluctantly I did the drive thru thing. The lady on the speaker asked what I wanted. I said 6 glazed and 6 chocolate. She asked if I meant chocolate cake doughnuts or chocolate glazed? I said, chocolate glazed. I drove to the window and picked up the doughnuts. I didn't check to see if the order was right. But, got home, opened the box, and , yes, 6 chocolate cake doughnuts were there (heavy sigh). And this is why I want to go inside and point at the doughnuts so I can make sure I get it the way I want it. There's another doughnut place in Meridianville. No drive thru, thank goodness. And make delicious doughnuts. And the best part is I get to see the doughnuts and point to the ones I want. I'll only go there from now on.

Be careful going to this location and definitely look at your Receipts!!! I asked for a $15 gift card and they charged me ***$60*** on the gift card. I'm so happy I looked at my receipt.I drove back around and showed to it them. They were very kind and sweet and fixed it immediately. Which I am very grateful for!!! They were quick to help me but this large charge shouldn't of happened in the first place.

The donuts were very short on flavor and the icing on the donuts were almost nonexistent. Very skimpy. I was disappointed. My first time there. It took a minute for them to notice us standing there waiting to order, before she tells us to use the kiosk. Which took a minute for us to get the hang of it. Or for someone to try to help us.??
Terrible terrible terrible!If they ever got an order right I'd be in shock.I gave up on Dunkin 6 months ago but today I was desperate for quick caffeine. Ordered a cold brew and paid in the drive thru. Then they told me they didn't even have cold brew? What the actual?After I waste more time coming back tomorrow to get my already paid for coffee I'll never return under any circumstance.

Fast and friendly service this morning. They had maple donuts so I was thrilled with that. Coffee was excellent! Apparently they had a spill of coffee inside the shop and a few folks in the drive thru were impatient to wait on a clean up. But ya know, I think their first concern should have been, "Did anyone get burned and if so are they ok!" And if they couldn't wait then don't place an order and just move on, there's another Dunkin just up the road in Huntsville. Hope all are ok, and despite the incident, hope their day gets better.

We have stopped by this locations drove thru about 6 times since they have opened, each and every time the service has been absolutely horrible. Every tike we have come the orders have been wrong, which wouldn't be an issue if they were friendly.

Extremely rude manager who doesn't acknowledge you at all when you walk in. I overhead her talking to an employee saying that she threw her information away and wasn't going to pay her because she only worked 2 days. The building is dirty, the employees are rude, the coffee taste like dirt, and the donuts are dry. The bathroom was also out of soap and disgusting . I will never be back
