I get the same thing every single time I come in. And I know how much it is everytime because I always get the same add ons. I always receive great customer service and good coffee ☕ however the past 3 times I have received bagels 🥯 they bread 🍞 has been stale and I think 🤔 they thought they could toast the staleness away. What I pay for one bagel 🥯 I could buy a whole pack from Publix. This has happened at the one in Millbrook and Deatsville. I really like Ellianos I just need management to do better 😕
First of all, I couldn't even tell if the place was open. The girl who finally came to the window was very "dry", not very friendly. The chocolate chip cookie was extremely sweet, as was the iced mocha drink. I couldn't even drink it! If I go there again I will definitely specify fewer pumps of syrup for the drink but NO COOKIES for me!
