Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves amazing food, including lemon pepper sauce on wings and fresh, hot tenders. The staff are always nice and hospitable, with one employee at the register being very nice and deserving a raise. However, the drive thru can be problematic: doors close promptly at 8pm, and personnel give a strange vibe or are in a hurry to have customers pull forward even without cars behind. Orders are often wrong, like getting 5 wings instead of 8, missing forks, or wrong dipping sauces. Parking is tricky near the door due to drive thru blockage. Customers should always double check take out bags for sauces, plastic ware, accuracy, and napkins. The food is great, but the app offers no option to swap from in-store pickup to curbside, and feedback typically goes nowhere.
